		<description>No, the owner of the stolen car has no liability so their insurance will not pay it.  The damage to their vehicle would be covered under comprehensive if they have it.  It should get paid under your uninsured motorist property damage (some states have odd uninsured motorist property damage (UMPD) laws - in which case, it would be paid under collision but you have to have that coverage).  If you are paid under UMPD and you have collision too, there is no deductible.  If you do not have collision there is a deductible ($150 to $250 normally).  Hope this helps you.</description>
