If you have a clean record, try State Farm.

State Farm typically beats Progressive rates. With State Farm, in PA since you are 23 y/o you are still considered a youthful BUT since you are married you would be rated as a married youthful and you would get a discount for that :-)

State Farm offers semi annual auto policies with other billing options such as a regular monthly account that only has a $3 a month service fee OR a Pre-authorized checking account where the payment is deducted from your checking account, the same day every month and there is only a $1 a month service fee (not anything astronomical like progressive charges).

State Farm is a good company, a picky company, but that is how they can offer lower rates because they do not like to accept 'high risks'.

Another point that I want to let you know... do you understand what Tort is?? When you say " I have been with progressive since 2005 I had to have full tort for some time cause i had bought another car."..... NO ONE can REQUIRE you to have full tort. It's a common misconseption.

Tort is YOUR legal ability to sue to pain in suffering in the event that you were in an accident with someone else who is at fault for the accident (or the other person caused the accident). Theres 2 types of tort in PA and you are REQUIRED to have EITHER Full OR Limited.

FULL TORT gives YOU unrestricted ability to sue for your pain and suffering in the event of an accident (of course with the other person at fault).
LIMITED TORT gives YOU restricted ability to sue for your pain and suffering in the event of an accident (of course with the other person at fault). There are still a few instances with limited tort you can sue for pain and suffering, if you are hit by an uninsured driver, an out of state driver, a drunk driver OR if the injury is deemed severe by a court of law. Since it gives you limited abilities, the premium is cheaper for limited tort vs full tort - which the premium is more expensive.

Sorry I went off there a little bit, but I think it is VERY important for people to UNDERSTAND what Tort really is!

EDIT:
Geico is having a rate increase effective 4/9/09 of 6.9 % - just want to let you know that!!!!!
Please see this web site with any questions

It's going to depend an awful lot on your personal details and what kind of coverage you need. The best thing you can do is talk to an independent insurance agent and do a little comparison shopping on your own.

I use GEICO and I love it, but you may be able to get a better deal from someone else.
